Remote Learning

10

In September 2020, all of our classes returned to full-time education following the Covid-19 school closures in March. In January 2021, there were further school closures. Although we hope that the majority of our children will have an uninterrupted experience, there is the possibility that there may be further periods of isolation for some pupils. We have therefore put in place a plan for remote learning so that all children can continue with their education. This meets the expectations set out in the DfE guidance ‘Remote Education Support’.

If a child does not have access to a computer/laptop and/or the internet, the school will do all it can to support children including loaning  out laptops or Chromebooks.

The teaching staff will ensure that they do all that they can to ensure that children's learning can continue if they are self-isolating or learning from home.
